Evaluation and Feedback

The STUDYSmarter team operates a cycle of planning, implementation, review and change. As part of this cycle, we conduct systematic evaluations of all parts of the STUDYSmarter program twice a year. At the end of each semester, we administer surveys requesting feedback on the range of our activities including:

• study skills workshops
• Drop-in sessions
• one-to-one consultations
• LACE activities
• STUDYSmarter website

We also collect evaluation data following most of our faculty workshops.

As part of our commitment to program improvement and quality assurance, we inform students and staff of the results of our surveys including the ways we have changed our program in response to feedback.
