Emergency Loans

Short-term cash emergency loans of up to a maximum of $50 can be considered in certain circumstances.  Emergency cash loan debts must be cleared within 1-2 weeks. To enquire about a short term cach emergency loan, contact Student Services Reception on the 2nd Floor of the Guild Building.

Students can apply for an emergency loan of up to $1,500 to overcome urgent, unforseen contingencies by completing a UWA Student Loan application form.  To apply, click here.

The UWA Student Guild can also consider financial assistance. They offer short-term emergency loans of up to $100 and loans of up to $600 which can be repaid interest free over a year.  Click here for more details.
