Relaxation

Relaxation Strategies can help manage stress and tension, and increase wellbeing.

Come along to this workshop and be introduced to relaxation exercises that help manage stress and anxiety.

Includes: breathing exercises, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Visualisation, and Mindfulness training.

Time: 1 - 2pm    Monday 21st September 2009
