Counselling Services
Individual CounsellingIndividual counselling is provided for a wide range of complex personal and interpersonal issues that can impact upon study and work. These may include: Anxiety and Depression Stress management Relationship issues Interpersonal skills Substance abuse Sexuality issues
Practical issues are also dealt with:
Outreach Clinics for Medicine, Dentistry & Health Sciences, Education and Architecture, Landscape & Visual ArtsIf you are a student or staff member at the Nedlands campus it can be difficult to access the main campus services. In recognition of this we provide counselling services at two convenient locations off the main campus. Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences - Counselling can be accessed at the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry each Wednesday afternoon from 1pm - 4pm at QEII N Block for students and staff. Architecture, Education, Visual Arts and Health Sciences - Counselling can be accessed in the Education Building on Wednesday mornings 9.30am - 12pm for students and staff. Bookings are essential. Counselling will continue to be available on the main campus Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am to 5pm. Bookings for either location can be made by calling Student Services reception on 6488 2423. When booking please state your preferred location. |
