Welcome To UWA Counselling and Psychological Services The UWA Counselling and Psychological Service provides a professional and confidential service free of charge to students at the University of Western Australia. We recognise that there are a range of personal concerns which can impact upon your ability to study effectively. Our aim is to help you manage these difficulties in a way which will help you continue and succeed with your study. We are also actively involved in the UWA community, with a special emphasis on early intervention to address interpersonal and mental health needs before they cause difficulties. In all our activities our aim is to contribute to an enhanced student experience within the University community. The Service is also one of the University's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers and University staff may use the service to deal with issues arising from their personal or work lives. | Go to our "Workshops" section for information on 2008 workshops!
