Contact with Employers

The Careers Centre facilitates relationships between students, employers and UWA staff in order to enhance students’ prospects of meaningful careers and a successful transition to work. We have an extensive database of employers and our contact with them includes:

• On-line lodging of job vacancies into UWA CareerHub - our on-line careers and employment service.
• Arranging on-campus visits by employers to talk to students about their organisation's graduate and vacation work opportunities.
• Career Mentor Link program - which matches industry professionals (mentors) with UWA students (mentees) to provide students with 'real work' insights
• Organising employer participation in collaborative faculty and career centre career forums and events.

We are aware that many schools and faculties have developed their own employer networks over the years so please let us know if you think there are any employers who should be on our database.
