Survey Findings

The Australian Graduate Survey reveals a rich vein of information that is useful to students and also provides Faculties and Schools with valuable feedback that can be used in course reviews, developing industry contacts and establishing stronger alumni relationships.

The data collected from each annual survey is reported on in a number of ways:

The Careers Centre is able to prepare 3 kinds of reports

Broad summary reports on UWA graduate destinations for posting to the Careers Centre web site

Internal reports on graduate destinations for circulation to Faculties and Schools of the University.

Customised reports on graduate destinations for particular fields of study on request and including detailed information about

  • Graduate occupations & salaries
  • Sectors of employment and key employers of graduates
  • Destinations of UWA graduates compared to graduates from other Australian universities

UWA Planning Services posts survey results as teaching and learning indicators on the University’s Executive Information System as well as preparing a number of internal reports.


Graduate Careers Australia publishes a number of national reports both in hard copy and on-line format (refer www.graduatecareers.com.au).
