Direct Mail and Direct Email Service

A direct mail or direct email involves the Careers Centre sending material to a specific group of students on your behalf (e.g. final year accounting students). This targeted approach is highly recommended to help you find your ideal candidate quickly and cost-effectively. 

 

(Please note that all costs quoted include GST)

 

Direct Email to Students (minimum charge $55)
This is the quickest service to implement.

Standard Email service                  Cost = $1.50 per email 

Personalised Email service *          Cost = $2.20 per email

* email can be personally addressed to students


Direct Mail to Students (minimum charge $55)

Costs are as follows -

 

If you supply the mail pre-packed:

$2.20 per item for DL size package (includes local postage)

$3.00 per item for A4/A5 size package (includes local postage) 


If you require us to pack the mail:

$3.40 per item for DL size package (includes packing, materials & local postage)

$4.00 per item for A4/A5 size package (includes packing, materials & local postage)

 

Please note:
* Mail-merging of student details incurs a 20c additional charge per record.
* Mail to overseas addresses will incur additional charges depending on the postage cost.

 

Reminder email after initial Direct Mail or Direct Email 

To maximise response rates, it is useful to send a reminder email to students after the initial mail-out. This incurs a 30c charge per record.

IMPORTANT: Calculating the number of students is time-consuming and a research fee of $55 applies to any request that does not result in a direct email or mail. The research fee is waived if the direct email or mail proceeds. Please consider this before submitting your request.
