Evaluation & Feedback

It is important that Career Mentor Link adds value to the Mentees and Mentors involved in the programme. We hope that everyone has a positive experience and achieves the goals specified on their Mentoring Agreement, but it's also important that we receive feedback about the "not-so-good" experiences, so we can make improvements.

The formal evaluation methods are outlined below but we also encourage your feedback at any time. Please freely submit any positive experiences, concerns, issues or ideas to the Career Mentor Link Co-ordinator or call 6488 3799.

Mid Programme Evaluation

• For Mentees: All mentees are asked to complete a Mid-Programme Progress Report. This is a 2 page MS word document that needs to be downloaded, completed and emailed back to the CML Coordinator by Friday 31st July 2009.
• For Mentors: We also ask all mentors to complete a very short mid-programme progress survey

End of Programme Evaluation

• Mentee completes an Mentee Evaluation Survey
• Mentor completes an Mentor Evaluation Survey
